Here you’ll find a selection of my published essays and articles. I write about the intersections of everyday life, faith and meaning from practical ideas to quiet reflections. Some pieces explore motherhood and hope; others offer tips drawn from years in communications and advocacy. Together they tell the story of what I’m learning about how we connect, cope and grow.

Safe Roads for Brandeis High School (22 articles): Blog launched and authored to provide clear information regarding traffic safety impacting students. Conversations and rumors were popping up, particularly on Facebook and Next Door. My blog helped bring together community members, high school leadership, families and policymakers, which resulted in signage, reduced speed limit and a new traffic light. (2018-19)
San Antonio: Byline Blog (239 articles): Team blog launched with four other professionals to provide and experience professional development for public relations professionals, to advocate the profession of public relations and its ethical practice, to conduct outreach to professionals and students, and to foster an exchange of ideas, including use of social media. Among the five team members and some guest authors, I wrote 56% of the articles. (2006-2012)
